Privacy Policy

Effective date: 06/15/2026 Last updated: 06/15/2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ice Dream Creations ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of icedreamcreations.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, and protects information about visitors and customers. Our business is based in California, and the Site is built on the Wix platform. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you give us directly. This may include your name, email address, postal/shipping address, phone number, and order details when you contact us, sign up for a newsletter, create an account, or place an order.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider,

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring pages, typically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5). Because the Site is hosted on Wix, Wix automatically sets certain essential cookies (such as authentication and session cookies) that are needed for the Site to function.

Information from third parties.

If any category above does not apply to your business, delete it. Do not list data you do not actually collect.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfill orders and send order confirmations;

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;

  • Send marketing or promotional emails where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time);

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;

  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or technical problems;

  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases for processing (if you serve EU/UK visitors)

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to fulfill your orders), your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (to operate and improve the Site), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the business (for example, our website host and platform provider Wix, plus payment processing, shipping/fulfillment, email delivery, and analytics), and only to the extent they need it to perform their services. Wix processes site and visitor data on our behalf as a data processor under its Data Processing Agreement;

  • Legal and safety recipients, where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public;

  • Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep your shopping cart, and understand how the Site is used. The Site is built on Wix, which sets essential cookies required for the Site to work (such as authentication and session cookies).

We use the Wix cookie banner to inform you about cookies and, where required, to collect your consent for non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Note: California residents can use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link (see Section 7). [If you run analytics or advertising trackers, make sure your Wix cookie banner is configured to categorize and, where possible, block those scripts until consent — the built-in banner's blocking is limited, so a dedicated consent tool from the Wix App Market may be needed if you have EU/UK visitors.]

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or a copy of it, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL] or use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on the Site. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law. [You MUST confirm this. Note: under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, using interest-based/retargeting advertising (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads) can count as "selling" or "sharing." If you run any such advertising, say "do," enable the Wix "Do Not Sell or Share" link, and treat those trackers accordingly.]

Applicability note (for you, not for publication): The CCPA/CPRA only applies to a for-profit business that meets at least one of three thresholds — roughly (1) annual gross revenue over ~$26.6 million, (2) buying/selling/sharing the personal information of 100,000+ California consumers or households per year, or (3) deriving 50%+ of revenue from selling/sharing personal information. Many small businesses meet none of these and are not legally bound by the CCPA. However, offering these rights voluntarily is common and low-risk, and the "sharing" threshold can be reached through ad-tracking on high-traffic sites. Confirm your status with a qualified professional before relying on either position. Delete this note before publishing.

EU/UK residents: You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International data transfers

If you access the Site from outside the USA, your information may be transferred to and processed in the USA or other countries where our service providers operate.

11. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.

13. Contact us
